There is no evidence of any weight loss, fat loss, diabetes management, gut cleansing, detox cortisol management or any other benefits. If you are adamant on consuming apple cider vinegar in any form, know that it is likely to damage your food pipe or esophageal lining and may increase your risk of gastroesophageal reflux disease i.e. acidity, heartburn as well as peptic ulcers. Does drinking apple cider vinegar help reduce temporary blood glucose spikes? Not much benefit here either! So is there any point in getting free peptic ulcer disease in the long run?
