🤱Breastmilk: For breastfeeding mothers, put a few drops of fresh breastmilk into the infected ear.
🧊Heat or Ice Pack: Apply a heating pad or ice pack to soothe ear pain.
🛌Sleeping Position: Avoid pressure on the affected ear and make the child sleep on the opposite side or with an elevated head.
💁🏻♀️Neck Exercises: Consult a doctor or pediatrician before trying neck exercises.
🧘🏻♀️Medication: Use prescribed pain relief medication from the pediatrician.
