In this clip, I’m reacting to some crazy customer reviews video for a Milk Thistle supplement and questioning the logic behind them. How do these people know their liver cleaned out, or that the supplement is doing its job? It’s funny to see how people interpret health matters based on a single bowel movement.
This was a short clip from a full video I did on the various types of detoxes and cleanses. I go through the different types and present some studies on whether they are effective or not.
I then present some things that you can do to support your body’s own natural detox pathways.
