Day ONE 3:6:9 Simplified Liver Cleanse
Welcome to my channel Lots of Love where I help you start you Medical Medium Lifestyle and keep going.
I’m going to guide you through these nine days of cleansing.
Every day I will show you what I eat and how I make it, so it is easy for you to start and to keep going! If I can do it, you can do it.
If you want to know more about this cleanse in general, please check my video: “Introduction 3:6:9 Liver Cleanse”:
INTRODUCTION 3:6:9 Liver Cleanse
Today is day 1.
This morning I had a big glass (500 ml, 16 ounces) of water with lemon. Half an hour later I had a plain celery juice (500 ml, 16 ounces) on an empty stomach.
In the simplified cleanse you can have a breakfast of your choice, within the guidelines. That means that you need to stay away from troublemaker foods, radical fats and salt and seasonings. You can have gluten free oats or millet if you desire.
Stick to fruits and instead.
My favourite breakfast of choice is the heavy metal detox smoothie.
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
• 2 bananas
• 2 cups wild blueberries
• 1 cup cilantro
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 tsp barley grass juice powder
• 1 tsp spirulina
• 1 small handful of Atlantic dulse
• Optional: water or coconut water or fresh orange juice to blend
Directions:
In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add up to 1 cup of water. Enjoy
I make sure I put extra bananas in there, to keep me going in the morning.
You can choose your very own breakfast as long as it is within the guidelines. (no troublemaker foods, no radical fat)
You can have apple porridge for example
Or blueberry porridge
Or breakfast cookies:
You can have smoothie with fresh or frozen fruits.
Oats and millet, you can have on day 1-8 of the cleanse.
Lunch
For lunch I made myself a big jar of “spinach soup”
Recipe:
In between I snacked on a few apples with some dates and around 4pm I made myself banana oat pancakes.
• 2 cups of gluten free oats or oat flour
• 2 cups of water
• 3 bananas
Put everything in the blender and blend until you have a nice smooth batter. Scoop out a few spoons of the batter into heated pan. Flip, repeat and serve with wild blueberry maple syrup and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
For dinner I had fat free potato fries from the airfryer with a leafy green salad, steamed beans and a delicious dressing made from left over spinachesoup with extra garlic, lime juice, maple syrup and coriander.
In the evening I had 500 ml/16ounces of lemon water and before bed I had a glass of Chaga Mushroom tea with some maple syrup.
During my morning lemon water and my evening lemon water I made sure to drink 1 liter, 32 ounces of water.
