GAPS Daily Baking Soda to Calm Acid Reflux for Healing



👍 The first steps will be more possible when the reflux is addressed first to help fix stomach digestion. Add fresh lemon juice if tolerated.

Recipe:
 1 teaspoon baking soda in quart/liter of filtered water.
When adding lemon leave some room at the top for 2-3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.

🙂 You can begin with less baking soda if you need to.

Gaviscon has baking soda in it so you are already having it. The other ingredients we don’t want to consume. So take out Gaviscon. 💥

Add lemon when you feel you can tolerate it to your baking soda water. Gastritis can be why you don’t tolerate lemon. 

When you can handle lemon then you are ready to move forward drinking baking soda lemon water daily.
