Acne which is one of the most common problem faced by teenagers and even by people who are in their 30s or 40s or early 20s can be treated very successfully by natural home remedies. If you know the cause behind your persistent acne and if you are undergoing treatment for it, natural methods can definitely help you to remove the scars of the older acne. Why do scars fade away from skin. Some people you might have seen that they fade away really fast and for some people it takes really a long time for acne scars to fade away. Suppose you are not able to eat fresh greens at home or you do not spend that much time in the kitchen to be able to eat vegetables along with your food try and include juiced vegetables in your diet. The first thing in the morning you can include carrots, beetroot, fresh coriander, bottle guard juiced into one glass along with a little squeeze of lemon and may be with a little pinch of Himalayan pink salt which is extremely effective which has 85 minerals, it is very good and healthy for the skin. Have a glass of juiced vegetables first thing in the morning. Then large dose of vitamin A and several good vitamins that is going in your body and help the skin have better health, it will turnover the skin cells faster and give a glow from within and fade away the scars naturally. Lemon juice frequently through the day also helps in reducing scarring of the skin and even if you keep getting acne the scars will disappear very fast. If your sun care routine is not proper that also can get very deep and dark marks on your face. So make sure when you head out in the sun, if you have an acne prone skin use a water based good quality organic sunscreen 20 minutes before exposure to the sun and that also will help you keep the scars very light. The third thing is applying tomato juice or papaya juice or juiced lemon on the skin. All these things have vitamin C and natural acids which help in fading away the scars. But do remember that single application may not suffice and you may have to do this again and again. They have several enzymes also which make the skin tighter and younger looking. The next thing you can do is applying curd to face. Curd has lactic acid and it helps to reduce tan and stubborn scars on face.
