Toothache
• Toothache can lead to loss of appetite & sleep
Causes:
• Consuming foods rich in carbohydrates & sugar
• Lack of oral hygiene
• Presence of cavities
• Eating hot & cold food together
Natural home remedy using mustard oil and turmeric:
1. Take 1 tsp lukewarm mustard oil
2. Add a pinch of turmeric powder
3. Mix well
4. Apply on the aching tooth
5. Leave for 5 min
6. Make the child gargle with normal water
Natural home remedy using lemon juice and asafoetida:
1. Take 1 tsp lemon juice
2. Add 1 tsp asafoetida powder
3. Mix well
4. Apply and leave for 5 min
5. Wash the child’s mouth with plain water
Natural home remedy using milk and turmeric:
1. Take 1 glass hot milk
2. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
3. Mix well
4. Drink every day
Natural home remedy using coconut oil and cloves:
1. Heat 1 tsp coconut oil
2. Add 3 garlic cloves in it
3. Fry the cloves
4. Allow the oil to cool down
5 Grind them to make paste
6. Apply on the aching tooth
7. Leave for 10 min
8. Wash it off with plain water
