
Hey everyone here it Step 1 to Barbara OβNeillβs Liver Cleanse that I did for a week. Create this drink every morning and drink it upon waking. Make sure to drink the Liver Tea 15 minutes afterward. You can enjoy regular healthy/healing meals throughout the rest of your day. Do this for 7 days slowly increasing the garlic cloves and olive oil up to 4 Tablespoons.
Liver Cleanse Recipe:
1 cup of fresh orange/grapefruit and lemon juice
1 cup of water
1 clove of garlic
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of chopped ginger (for nausea)
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients
2. Drink upon rising on an empty stomach
*As the week progresses, increase the garlic cloves and the olive oil up to 4 Tablespoons. Slowly increase as the body allows. Drink Liver tea 15 minutes later. Link to make liver tea-
