How to Support Your Liver (the Right Way)

The goal here is to support both Phase I and Phase II liver detox pathways.

Eat these liver-loving foods daily:

* Cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts)
* Beets and carrots

* Leafy greens
* Lemon in warm water
