Dandelion greens are notoriously bitter, but also very healthy and nourishing for the liver.
For my Dandelion Green Juice, I used:
1 bunch dandelion greens
2 cucumbers
2 lemons, peeled
1 piece of fresh ginger
The juice was mildly bitter but not too bad!
