
Homemade Honey Cough Syrup 🍯 Immune-Boosting Series | ep 10
Ingredients:
24oz Honey, plus more as needed to cover ingredients
1 large Garlic bulb
1 large red Onion
20g rosemary 3-4 stalks
2-3 Cinnamon stick
Place in a clean mason jar. Store on the countertop (out of any sunlight) and let in infuse overnight or up to 4 days, stirring occasionally. When ready to use, strain and store the honey in a clean mason jar in the refrigerator. It will last up to 2 months.
Note: Avoid giving this syrup to infants under one due to the honey content.
