Mulethi Kadha For Cough And Cold

Servings – 2

INGREDIENTS
Water – 600 milliliters
Crushed black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Mulethi – 1 tablespoon
Basil – 8 – 10
Ginger – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric – 1/8 teaspoon
Honey – 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION
1. Take a deep pan, add 600 milliliters water, 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper, 1 tablespoon mulethi, 8 – 10 basil, 1 teaspoon ginger and stir well.
2. Bring it to a boil. Boil for 10 – 12 minutes on medium heat.
3. Add 1/8 teaspoon turmeric and mix it well.
4. Boil for about 2 minutes and remove it from heat.
5. Strain the tea in a jug, add 1 tablespoon honey and mix it well.
6. Serve.
