Natural Remedies (Elderberry, Fire Cider, CBD, Gemstone Mat)


Hey guys! I wanted to share some remedies I’ve been using for battling illness and pain in our home.. I’ve been struggling with chronic pain flare ups for the past year or so, so I’ve tried to find holistic approaches and keep my diet as clean as possible to prevent them.

I’m currently enrolled in the intermediate herbal course:

Elderberry Syrup-

1/2 Cup Elderberries
2 Cups Water
1 Tablespoon Ginger
2 Cinnamon Sticks
3 Whole Cloves

Bring this mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 45 min.
Bring to room temperature before adding equal parts honey.

Fire Cider-
3-4 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Grated Ginger
1 tsp Horseradish
Dash of Cayenne
Cover Apple Cider Vinegar

De-Stress Calming Tea Blend –
Chamomile, Lemon Balm & Catnip is a great calming tea blend for both adults and children. I make a cup for my boys and they love it with some local honey.

CBD Bath Bombs

CBD Tincture-
DISCLAIMER- I speak of THC only if it’s legal where you live AND you are of age.. Also, with this particular tincture it is a micro dose of 1mg of THC to 11mg of CBD.. The CBD counteracts negative side affects of THC and you get superior pain relief with no psychoactive effects . I take one dose before bed time and I’ve had amazing results with zero side effects. I highly recommend speaking with your doctor before using any of my recommendations. I’m just sharing what has worked for me.
