Today I’m comparing the same ice cream made with Fairlife fat free milk and heavy cream against Fairlife 2% milk to see if one tastes better than the other.

RECIPE FOR THE ICE CREAM IN THIS VIDEO:
INGREDIENTS:
EITHER Fairlife Fat Free Milk with 1 tbsp (15g) Heavy Cream OR Fairlife 2% Milk
3 tbsp / 45g Monkfruit Sweetener
1/4 tsp / 1.5g Xanthan Gum
1 pinch / 0.4g Salt
5g Sugar Free Pudding Mix
Blend ingredients thoroughly, then pour into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours. Once frozen let the pint sit out for 15 minutes or run under hot tap water around sides of the container, then spin in the Ninja Creami on the Lite Ice Cream Setting. Respin as needed until smooth and creamy, and enjoy!
