Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) often look harmless — but untreated or wrongly treated infections can lead to PID, infertility, ectopic pregnancy & chronic pain.
5 COMMON STI SIGNS & SYMPTOMS 👇
🔹 Abnormal vaginal discharge
→ Yellow / green / foul-smelling / frothy discharge
🔹 Burning or pain while passing urine
→ Often mistaken as UTI
🔹 Lower abdominal or pelvic pain
→ Especially after sex or during periods
🔹 Genital itching, sores or ulcers
→ May be painless (dangerously misleading!)
🔹 Bleeding after sex or between periods
