In this book I learned that your teeth are actually alive, even though they seem “dead” they are living, breathing organisms which need vitamins and speficically minerals. He shares with you the nutrition that your body needs to keep your teeth healthy and white. He also shares with you tips to keep your gums and teeth free fom decay.
