Biden urges Americans to get updated COVID-19 vaccine

President Biden received his second dose of the new COVID-19 booster. Mr. Biden hoped to encourage and educate Americans about the updated shot as the White House struggles to get the new doses in the arms of people across the country. John Moore, a professor of microbiology and immunology at Weill Cornell Medical College, joins CBS News with more.
