The Czech Republic is one of the first European countries to lift mass confinement measures. You could say they’ve achieved the first victory against the coronavirus.

At the time of making this video, they had barely exceeded 6000 infections and the number of deaths was still under 200: record figures, especially if we compare them with those of other countries such as Spain or Italy.

All this is surprising when you consider that the Czech Republic’s health spending is much lower than that of other European countries. Part of this success is due to the collaboration between the Czech authorities (more specifically, the Prague City Council) and the Government of Taiwan.

But what exactly has The Czech Republic done to stop coronavirus and flatten the curve? What lessons can be drawn from its health model? In this video, we’ll tell you.
